- 2 ripe peaches, sliced or cubed
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup fresh basil or mint leaves, torn
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze or white balsamic vinegar
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
