  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them on the baking sheet. Brush half of the glaze over each fillet.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, remove from oven, brush with remaining glaze, then return to bake for another 8-10 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest for two minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
