  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it in half.
  4. Spread the filling on one half and cover with the other half.
