  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or ½ teaspoon dried)

  • 1 package of puff pastry (2 sheets, thawed)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Caramelize the onions by heating olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and a pinch of salt. Cook slowly for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
