  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chopped pecans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Cut tortillas into rounds using a cookie cutter.
  2. Mix granulated sugar with ground cinnamon on a plate. Prick each tortilla round with a fork, brush with melted butter, and coat in cinnamon sugar.
