  • 8 ounces unsalted butter (divided)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your pan by lining it with parchment paper and spraying with cooking spray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, ½ cup melted butter, and 1 egg; mix well and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
