  • 8 cups fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 ¾ cup old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix peaches with granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. Pour into a greased baking pan.
  3. In the same bowl, combine brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and another teaspoon of cinnamon until clumpy. Stir in oats.
  4. Crumble oat mixture over peaches and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
