- 1/2 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 pound turkey sausage, sliced into rounds
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, divided
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- Season shrimp and chicken with Cajun seasoning. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden; set aside.
