  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 56 peaches, cut into 8 wedges
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter for drizzle
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and melt cubed butter in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, 3/4 cup brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in milk and vanilla until just mixed.
  3. Toss peach wedges with remaining brown sugar and maple syrup.
  4. Layer half the peaches over melted butter, pour batter on top without mixing, then layer remaining peaches.
  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown.
  6. For the maple butter drizzle, melt butter with maple syrup in a small pan; bring to boil for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve warm, topped with ice cream and drizzle.
