  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and powdered sugar.
  4. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers, followed by another layer of graham crackers and then more pudding. Top with one final layer of graham crackers.
