  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika; cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until juicy and golden brown. Slice into strips and set aside.
