  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • ¼ teaspoon fine salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 150 grams fresh mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  2. If using fresh mozzarella, slice it into half-inch thick pieces and pat dry.
  3. Shape the dough on parchment paper to form a rectangle about 9×13 inches.
  4. In a jar, combine olive oil, water, chopped parsley, grated garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper; shake until well mixed.
  5. Make dimples in the dough's surface and drizzle the brine evenly over it before topping with mozzarella.
