  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
