3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 medium orange, thinly sliced
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
Minced garlic
Minced ginger
Red pepper flakes
Instructions
Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces; season with salt and pepper.
Heat avocado oil on a Blackstone griddle over medium heat; sauté bell pepper and onion until tender.
