  • 4 beef sausages
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup white grape juice (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the beef sausages until golden. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cook the chopped turkey bacon in the same pot until crispy.
