  • 34 large peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For the crust: Mix flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into a lined 9×9-inch pan and bake for 15–18 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. For the peach filling: Toss sliced peaches with remaining sugar, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla extract; set aside.
  4. For the crumb topping: Combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl. Stir in melted butter until crumbs form.
  5. Assemble: Spread peach filling over cooled crust and sprinkle crumb topping on top.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Allow to cool before slicing.
