  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (for crumb topping)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for crumb topping)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (for crumb topping)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (for crumb topping)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (for crumb topping)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (for crumb topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt for the crust. Cut in cold butter until crumbly; press into a lined baking pan and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
  3. Toss sliced peaches with sugar, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla in another bowl; let sit to release juices.
