Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 56 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add halved baby potatoes seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 15 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender. Remove from the pan.
  2. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and dried herbs. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear the steak in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and add remaining butter along with minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Return potatoes to the skillet and toss gently to combine everything. Heat through for an additional 1–2 minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley.
