  • 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Sear the marinated chicken in oil over medium-high heat until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side).
  3. Prepare the creamy garlic sauce by sautéing half the minced garlic in butter and adding heavy cream; set aside.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  5. In another pot, heat sesame oil and sauté remaining garlic; add chicken broth and soy sauce; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
