  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine cornstarch, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the tofu cubes in this mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the tofu until golden brown on all sides.

  5. Cook brown rice in vegetable broth according to package instructions until tender.
