  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture in the center of each.
  3. Top with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook wraps seam-side down for 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for another 3–4 minutes until crispy.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing in half and serving warm.
