  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Cooking spray or oil (for baking or air frying)
  • Sweet chili sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, imitation crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into rounds. Flatten each round into a disk about 4 inches wide.
  4. Spoon approximately 1 ½ tablespoons of filling onto each disk.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges tightly to seal.
  6. Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet or parchment-lined air fryer basket.
  7. Brush each bomb with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes or air fry for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving with sweet chili sauce.
