  • 10 slices diced turkey bacon
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 oz package dried ranch dressing seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb dry large elbow pasta

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta until just shy of al dente. Drain and drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. In a skillet over medium-low heat, cook diced turkey bacon until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon.
  3. Increase heat to medium and combine shredded chicken with ranch seasoning in the skillet for about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant. Whisk in flour, then gradually add heavy cream and half-and-half until thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan, half of the mozzarella, and half of the cheddar until melted. Combine with cooked pasta, chicken, and half of the turkey bacon.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheeses and turkey bacon, then bake at 350°F (175°C) until bubbly.
