  • 10 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 oz package dried ranch dressing seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb dry large elbow pasta

Instructions

  1. Boil the elbow pasta until al dente, then drain and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a baking dish.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; set aside while leaving some fat in the pan.
  4. Add shredded chicken and ranch seasoning to the skillet; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant. Whisk in flour, then gradually add heavy cream and half-and-half until thickened.
  6. Mix in Parmesan and half of both mozzarella and cheddar until melted.
  7. Fold in cooked pasta, seasoned chicken, and half of turkey bacon; transfer to baking dish.
  8. Top with remaining cheeses and turkey bacon; bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
