  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tube (8-count) crescent roll dough
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (optional for added crunch)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and melted butter until well blended.
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough into triangles; flatten slightly.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle; fold and seal edges tightly.
  5. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top if desired.
