  • 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 6 pieces Kaiser rolls (or more if needed)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain well.
  3. Hollow out kaiser rolls by slicing off the tops.
  4. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning inside each bread bowl.
  5. Toast bread bowls in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Combine cooked chicken, drained pasta, and Alfredo sauce until well-mixed.
  7. Fill each toasted bread bowl with the chicken Alfredo mixture and top with shredded parmesan.
  8. Bake filled bowls at 375°F (190°C) for another 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
