  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook the ground beef until browned (about 7–8 minutes).
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well and remove from heat.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic.
  5. Lay each tortilla flat, fill with beef mixture and cheeses, then roll tightly.
  6. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet; brush with garlic butter.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
