  • 1 1/2 cups Danish Creamery European Style Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • For the frosting: room temperature butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream, cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugars until smooth. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract.
