  • 2 1/2 cups peeled and sliced peaches
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (plus additional for fruit)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sliced peaches, lemon juice, lemon zest, flour, and half of the granulated sugar. Toss gently and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the remaining flour, oats, brown sugar, remaining granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add cold diced butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish and top with the crumble mixture.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the topping is golden brown and juices are bubbling.
