  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 cups low-sodium beef broth

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter
