Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over chicken until coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (ideally 2-4 hours).
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper and lightly grease with olive oil.
  4. Remove marinated chicken from refrigerator; allow to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Arrange chicken in prepared baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
